Ticketing

What’s included in the ticket price?

The ticket is free. The ticket will include entry to the building and up to the Horizon 22 Viewing Gallery and then the journey back down and out of the building.

Who requires a ticket to attend?

All, guests of all ages require an e-ticket with a valid QR code to attend. All tickets can be on the same QR code.

How can I get tickets?

Tickets can be booked here. Tickets are required for all guests. All tickets have the date and arrival timeslot printed with the QR code. Maximum of 9 tickets per booking. To book tickets for groups of 10+ please contact our team.

What are the ticket prices?

The ticket is free of charge.

Are the tickets transferrable?

Tickets are not transferrable. The lead guest will be asked to show ID on arrival. All guests booked in one booking must arrive at the same time to access Horizon 22. If some arrive earlier than others, they will be asked to wait for the rest of their group. Guests can also cancel their booking and re book on the website if they can no longer attend.

Can tickets be purchased on the day? Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, a QR code is provided outside the entrance which can be used to complete a booking on the spot. Please be advised that on the day walk-in availability at Horizon 22 is subject to capacity limitations and cannot be guaranteed. One of our friendly Welcome Hosts will be happy to help.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can change your current booking and book a new date or time, subject to availability on the website. There is a link in your booking confirmation email to cancel and re book your tickets if required or click here

I have not received my tickets. Where can I access them?

You should have received a confirmation email to the email account that was used to make the booking. If not received, check your junk/spam folder. If they’re not there, then please contact us at enquiries@horizon22.co.uk. Alternatively, we can check and confirm your booking on arrival.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, any proof of booking will be accepted. i.e. a confirmation email or saved QR code on your phone will be accepted.

What if I don’t have a device?

If you have not got your QR code on the day, you can give your email address and/or name of the booking. Our Welcome Hosts will check that against the ticketing system and then allow you access if there is a related booking.

If for some reason you do not have the details of the original booking and no device, you can ask for tickets on the day subject to availability.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, this can be done by visiting the website here and selecting the cancellation option.

Is there a way of booking by phone for those that don’t have access to wifi?

There is no phone booking facility, but tickets can be booked directly with our Welcome Hosts at Horizon 22 in advance or on the day, subject to availability.

Accessibility

Is there disabled access?

Yes, Horizon 22 is fully accessible to all guests. The entrance can be reached directly from Bishopsgate, offering level access. Additionally, there are lifts available on Undershaft Road that conveniently transport you from street level to the entrance level.

Should you have any enquiries or require assistance regarding access, our dedicated team is available to provide guidance and support.

What facilities do you have for those with disabilities?

Horizon 22 is fully accessible from entry in our lobby, up to the L58M and step free exit. We also have designated toilet facilities in the Lobby, Level 1 and on Levels 58 and 58M. Our Horizon 22 Team is also on hand to assist with any accessibility needs.

Do you allow assistance dogs?

Yes, all certified assistance dogs will be allowed access to Horizon 22. Handlers may be asked to provide appropriate certification.

Visiting

How does entry work?

Your QR code will display the designated arrival time and date for your entry. You have flexibility to arrive any point within the indicated time on your ticket. Simply make your way to Horizon 22 entrance and present the QR code on your e-ticket on your phone/tablet to one of our Welcome Hosts for seamless entry.

Where do I collect tickets?

We are aspiring to be paperless. Your tickets will be emailed to you shortly after you have completed the booking.

Does my visit have a time limitation?

There is no time restriction to your visit, your allocated arrival time is on your ticket.

What if I need additional tickets when I arrive?

Onsite tickets are offered a subject to availability, If you need additional tickets for the same day, our Welcome Hosts will be available to assist you.

Advance booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

What happens if I am running late?

Your ticket will be valid for the Arrival Times stated on your QR code. Any time after that check with our Welcome Host and we’ll be happy to help subject to availability.

What if I show up earlier than my time slot?

There is no designated waiting area at Horizon 22 for upcoming entry times. Feel free to explore the vibrant surroundings, there’s a coffee shop next door until it's time for your Horizon 22 experience.

Are children allowed to visit?

Yes, however all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years and older.

Are baby push chairs allowed?

Yes, but there is no buggy park so you need to take them with you to L58.

Do I need physical ID to access Horizon 22?

We reserve the right to ask for photo ID at any time for the lead guest (and any other adults in the party) Horizon 22 reserves the right to deny access.

Do you have toilet facilities?

Yes, toilet facilities can be found on the Lobby and on L58M and L58.

Are your staff first aid trained?

We have medics on site to assist you at any time should you feel unwell.

Can we bring a tour guide to escort us?

Exclusive authorisation to conduct guided tours at Horizon 22 is granted solely to accredited Blue Badge Guides. Blue Badge Guides are required to possess a valid ticket for entry.
For a comprehensive list of specialised guides and available languages, we recommend reaching out to the Blue Badge Association directly, you can find their contact information Find A Guide - Tour Guides In London | Guide London. No other Tour Guides will be allowed and will be escorted from the premises.

What if I lose something at Horizon 22?

If you happen to misplace an item during your visit, we kindly request that you seek out one of our Welcome Hosts who will be available to assist you in reporting the lost item.

For any lost item enquiries after your visit, please reach out to our team at enquiries@horizon22.co.uk who will be happy to provide further assistance and support. Any items not collected in 3 months will be donated to charity.

Can I bring bikes, scooters, or skateboards?

Please be advised that bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted at Horizon 22. However, you can conveniently utilise the public bike racks located nearby to securely park your bike during your visit.

Can I bring my luggage?

Small size backpacks and bags are fine and will need to pass through security screening on arrival.
Bags and luggage larger than L 58cm x W 45cm x D 25cm are not permitted inside. There are no locker facilities.

By visiting Horizon 22, you consent to such searches as part of our security measures.

Security

Are your x-ray scanners safe for pregnant women or guests with pacemakers?

Our full body Scanners are completely safe for pregnant women and guests with a pacemaker. Our intelligent security screening uses wave technology to detect prohibited items making it safe for all guests. Our baggage x-ray scanners are used for bags only and are fully enclosed, so they do not have any safety impact for our guests.

What items are prohibited from Horizon 22?

The following Items that are perceived to be capable of causing harm to Horizon 22 and others will be prohibited on entry:

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Explosives or fireworks
  • Knives, blades & offensive weapons
  • Incapacitating items & sprays (Tasers, CS gas, pepper spray)
  • Flammable liquids or Chemicals
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Paint

Confiscation of these items is a condition of entry.

Food and Drink

Does Horizon 22 have a restaurant?

There is a small café located under the main stairs on Level 58. Offering freshly baked pastries and cakes, yoghurt pots, sandwiches, delicious snacks, thirst-quenching cold drinks and hot beverages, including barista coffee from Searcys.

At ground level, guests can access Blend Café (along the Art Walkway) and there are plenty of shops and dining places nearby.

Can I bring snacks or drinks?

The Horizon 22 Café on Level 58 sells a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks so you will not need to bring your own food. Bringing your own water bottles and small snacks, if necessary, will be permitted.

Photography and Press

Can I take photos?

We encourage photography and filming for personal and non-commercial use.
Unfortunately professional equipment (monopods, tripods, telephoto lens etc) are not permitted.

Commercial photography and filming can be arranged directly with our team subject to the relevant fees and terms and conditions.

Do you offer school bookings?

Yes, Please complete our groups booking form here, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the maximum school group size I can book?

We will endeavour to accommodate your group, but it will be subject to availability.

Why do I need to pre-book?

To optimise your experience at Horizon 22, we limit the number of guests entering at one time. Each guest is assigned a specific time slot throughout the day, ensuring shorter waiting times and a smooth journey through security checks, allowing you to reach the Horizon 22 and enjoy the experience to the fullest. Therefore, we highly recommend booking your tickets well in advance for your desired date and time to secure your spot and avoid any disappointment.
