Searcys has partnered with two Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling to bring his refined fine dining to events at Horizon 22. It's a collaboration that pairs world-class cuisine with one of London's most striking event spaces.

About Alex Dilling

Alex Dilling runs the acclaimed two Michelin-starred restaurant at Hotel Café Royal. His cooking is elegant, ingredient-led, and rooted in classical French technique. Now, he's created an exclusive events menu for Horizon 22 that works for both receptions and seated dinners.

The menu includes lobster brioche with charred lemon and basil, buttermilk fried chicken with Stilton crème fraîche and celery, olive oil-poached cod with fregola sarda and shellfish, and beef cheek bourguignon with pomme purée and smoked Alsace bacon. Each dish delivers exceptional flavour while working seamlessly in an events setting.

The Next Chapter

This collaboration arrives after a landmark first year for Horizon 22 Events. The venue has hosted product launches, awards ceremonies, gala dinners and celebrations for leading brands, plus New Year's Eve parties that brought in 2025 in style.

By working with Alex Dilling, Searcys continues to raise the bar for what's possible at Horizon 22.
