The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Kenya. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Horizon 22 Guest Regulations
These Guest Regulations set out all the conditions of entry for Horizon 22. Acting for and on behalf of 22 Bishopsgate Limited Partnership acting by its general partner 22 Bishopsgate General Partner Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors ("we", "us", or "our") provides you and your guests ("you" or "your") with Guest regulations as a condition of entry to the viewing gallery guest areas of Horizon 22, 22 Bishopsgate London EC2N 4BQ.
(a) Access to guest areas at Horizon 22 is free of charge and open to the public between 10am-6pm (last arrival time 5.00pm) Monday - Friday, 10-5pm Saturday (last arrival time 4pm) and 10-4pm Sunday (last arrival time 3pm).
(b) In the interests of safety or security, we may need to:
- alter the public access hours at any time, and without prior notice.
- restrict access to, or close, any part of Horizon 22
- cancel bookings without advance notice.
(c) Where possible, we will provide notice on the website and other public displays in the event of closures or interruptions to normal opening hours.
(d) In the event of an unforeseen closure, guests with bookings for affected dates and/or times can reschedule for the next available date. Priority will not be given to guests rescheduling visits.
Making your booking
(a) The guest lead must be authorised to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian if they are under 16 when the booking is made.
(b) A child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
(c) All guests require a ticket, including infants.
(d) By booking, holding a ticket to access Horizon 22, guests agree to comply with these guests' regulations.
(e) Ticket(s) are only valid for the date and arrival time allocated.
(f) You will need to present your ticket(s) at the appropriate entrance to gain entry to Horizon 22.
(g) The maximum individual booking for public visits to Horizon 22 is 9 individuals.
(h) It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the details on your confirmation as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
(I) To stop ticket-touting a lead guest name must be added to all tickets when booking. Guests with unnamed tickets will be refused entry to the Horizon 22.
(H) No ticket(s) can be resold
(a) Entry to Horizon 22 is via the dedicated entrance by 22 Bishopsgate.
(b) Public access to Horizon 22 and its facilities is for valid ticket holders only, during the published opening times.
(c) Photographic identification must be brought by the lead guest and the identification must match the name on the reservation, however Horizon 22 reserve the right to ask each member of the party to show identification on the day of visiting. Walk-in guests who do not have a pre-booked ticket must show photographic identification. Access to Horizon 22 will not be given where the appropriate identification (this includes driver's license, passport, national ID) is not provided.
(d) Access may not be given if the total capacity of Horizon 22 has been reached.
(e) We reserve the right to refuse access to individuals who in our opinion are likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of our staff or other guest.
Allocated Arrival Time
(a) It is your responsibility to arrive within your dedicated arrival time, entry cannot be guaranteed after this time, and will be subject to availability.
(b) Guests arriving before their allocated time may not be granted access to Horizon 22 until the time allocated on the ticket QR code. Guest arriving early may not be permitted to wait in the Horizon 22 entrance lobby. Queuing is also not permitted outside the entrance on the public walkway to Horizon 22
(c) Guests who miss their designated arrival time are not guaranteed entry to Horizon 22. Horizon 22 Welcome Hosts will advise guests who have missed their designated arrival time of the next available slot but at busy times it may not be possible to find a time on the same day in which case it will be necessary to re-book.
(d) In the interest of ensuring that as many free public guests as possible have an opportunity to access Horizon 22, we may limit the length of time guests can spend at Horizon 22 to 40 minutes after their booked arrival time.
Horizon 22 ticket holders may not re-enter Horizon 22 after exiting, except with permission from Horizon 22 representative, and must pass through security screening again.
(a) A child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
(b) A ticket must be booked for children of all ages including infants.
Security and personal belongings
(a) Entry to Horizon 22 is conditional on security screening of all guests and personal belongings. Those who refuse to comply with the search or are found to be in possession of materials deemed unsafe or inappropriate by security may be denied entry and/or escorted off the premises and its surrounding area.
(b) All Guests are required to undergo an electronic body scan and screen their personal belongings when deemed necessary. Additionally, security may request visitors to remove items from their bags or person for separate scanning, including but not limited to belts, shoes, jackets, laptops, hairdryers, large electrical items, and liquids.
(c) We have the exclusive right to determine what items may be brought into Horizon 22. We will not store any confiscated non-permitted item, and confiscated non-permitted items will not be returned.
(d) Any possession of a prohibited item, firearm, pyrotechnic, including but not exclusively; ammunition, explosives, knives, blades, offensive weapon, tasters, cs gas, pepper spray, Illegal drugs, flammable liquids, chemicals, alcohol, paint, glass bottle or items perceived to be capable of causing harm or being in themselves dangerous, will result in possessor being refused access to Horizon 22.
(e) The size of bags (including handbags, backpacks, shopping bags and equipment) is limited to 45cm (W) x 58 (L) x 25 (D) per item. Items above this size will be denied access into Horizon 22
(f) Due to space constraints in our lifts, we encourage you to leave your buggy at home or bring a small foldable one. At busy times, you may be asked to fold up your buggy.
(g) Personal-use recreational wheeled devices (for clarity, this does not include any mobility aid recognised for use by a mobility impaired person), such as rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted.
(h) Balloons are not permitted as they can interfere with life safety systems.
(i) We are unable to provide storage for guest's belongings, including refused items
(j) Guests must always keep personal belongings with them. Unattended bags or belongings found anywhere in Horizon 22 will be subject to search and removal and / or destruction by us.
Film, photography and audio recording
(a) Personal photo, video, and/or audio recording is generally permitted for private, non-commercial use in public spaces if it does not impede pedestrian traffic or public enjoyment in any way, but is prohibited in the entrance lobby, security screening area, lobby, toilet facilities and any other restricted area. The use of tripods, flash and other specialist photographic equipment is not permitted.
(b) Video, photography and/or audio recordings for commercial purposes (which includes, but is not limited to, publishing, selling, reproducing, transferring, distributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the recorded media in any manner whatsoever) is prohibited without our written permission in advance and any appropriate fees paid.
(c) All guests, including members of the press/news/media, must respect all other guests, and consider that not all guests wish to be interviewed, photographed, videotaped, recorded or bothered in any other manner. For photography accreditation, please contact email@example.com
(d) Members of the press/news/media are responsible for acquiring all necessary releases from filmed or interviewed guests at Horizon 22.
(e) Horizon 22 may carry out film, photography and audio recording on occasions during your visit for their marketing purposes. By visiting the areas of Horizon 22 you give your permission to be included in any footage
(a) Guests are expected to act in a way that safeguards their own safety and that of others. Proper decorum, personal behaviour, and conduct is always required from all guests in order to provide an equal opportunity to all guests to enjoy Horizon 22.
(b) Guests must comply with all directions of our staff.
(c) We may refuse admission or remove from Horizon 22 any person:
- who does not comply with these guest regulations,
- who behaves in an unacceptable way which is likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury to themselves, any other guest, or member of our staff, or to Horizon 22 or 22 Bishopsgate itself.
- whose behaviour is likely to annoy or offend other guests or intimidate Horizon 22 staff.
- who refuses to submit to security screening or is found to be in possession of materials which we believe to be too large, dangerous or unsuitable,
- whose arrival time is found to be reproduced, altered or duplicated,
- who litters or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
- who is found in a restricted area (such as plant rooms, kitchen areas and other back of house areas),
- Has engaged in behaviour (currently or in the past), within or around Horizon 22 or the wider 22 Bishopsgate estate, which is deemed to be a risk to the life or welfare of Team Members, guests, or the general public
- who engages in commercial activities, soliciting, and/or vending,
(d) We may refuse re-entry to anyone who has previously been removed.
There will be times where the visibility from Horizon 22 will be low or non-existent in particular weather conditions. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect (including for claims relating to the loss of enjoyment or for travel expenses) as a result of such low visibility conditions.
Food and Drink
Only food and beverages purchased in the Horizon 22 may be consumed except during specific approved events. Food and liquid in open containers (including canned drinks or take-away drinks) cannot be taken to Horizon 22. Such restrictions will not apply where such food or drink is required for medical reasons, or for infants.
How we use your personal Information
(b) We may share your personal information with relevant authorities (such as the City of London Police) for safety and security reasons, which may include security checks on the names of the people visiting Horizon 22.
(d) We may share personal information with third parties as permitted by the Data Protection Act 1998. By accepting these Horizon 22 Guests Regulations, guests give their consent for their personal information to be used for marketing or research purposes.
(e) Guests grant their consent for their personal information to be utilised for marketing or research purposes.
(a) Guided tours within Horizon 22 conducted by any person, organisation, or entity are not permitted (Blue Badge Guides are permitted), except with our formal written consent.
(b) Permitted tour operators or other group leaders, including school officials, or charities may reserve tickets for a group's visit to Horizon 22. However, the tour operator is prohibited from providing his/her own interpretive/narrative/guided tour information while at Horizon 22.
Please note only Certified Assistance and guide dogs recognised by the Disability Act 2010 will be allowed entry to Horizon 22. Other animals will not be permitted in the premises.
Health and Safety
(a) Guests are primarily responsible for their own safety and for the safety of any accompanying guests under the age of 18, and must adhere to Horizon 22 health and safety instructions, procedures and guidelines at all times.
(b) Guests must comply with relevant health and safety legislation and any health and safety policies or procedures which are drawn to their attention.
(c) Smoking is prohibited in Horizon 22, this includes electronic cigarettes and vapes.
(d) Horizon 22 is located at a height which may cause vertigo, discomfort or nausea for some guests. We accept no responsibility for any harm or distress caused as a result of such conditions. Where any individual suffers from a medical condition which may be brought on by the height of Horizon 22, they should seek medical advice from a registered medical practitioner before booking.
(e) Entrance to Horizon 22 is via a lift travelling up to eight metres per second. The change in pressure caused by the movement of the lift can cause ear complications for some guests. Guests suffering with a congested nose from allergies, colds, or an upper respiratory infection are more likely to develop ear complications. We are not liable for any discomfort experienced through the normal use of the lifts.
(f) Any persons suffering bodily injury at Horizon 22, or having knowledge of damage to Horizon 22, must report the occurrence(s) to Horizon 22 staff immediately following the incident.
Limitation of liability
(a) We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever (including, without limitation, for any closure to the Horizon 22, or evacuation from Horizon 22 in the event of an incident or accident) which results from any of the following:
- The breach of these Guests' Regulations and/or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party, or
- the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with us, and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable, or
- events outside our reasonable control (i.e. any event which could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control)
(b) We accept no responsibility for incidental costs associated with visits to Horizon 22, which may include, but are not limited to, damage to guests items, travel expenses, parking, or accommodation costs, even if your booking is cancelled or revoked.
We may amend or vary these guests' regulations from time to time by notifying you prior to your visit or placing updated guest regulations on our website.
Law and Jurisdiction
These guest regulations and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and each party agrees to submit any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this Agreement (including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations) to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Wireless Terms of Service & Acceptable Use policy
Horizon 22 (the "Provider") are offering this guest wireless Internet service (the "Service") according to the Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") as a free service to its guests for the duration of their visit.
The Provider does not guarantee the Service or specific rates of speed. The Provider also has no control over information obtained through the Internet and cannot be held responsible for its content or accuracy. Use of the service is subject to the user's own risk.
The Provider reserves the right to remove, block, filter, or restrict by any other means any material that, in its sole discretion, may be illegal, be subject to liability, or may violate this Policy. The Provider may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. Violations of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service or other resources, or other actions as detailed below.
Responsibilities of Service Users:
Users are responsible for ensuring they are running up-to-date anti-virus software on their wireless devices. Users must be aware that, as they connect their devices to the Internet through the Service, they expose their devices to: worms, viruses, Trojan horses, denial-of-service attacks, intrusions, packet-sniffing, and other abuses by third-parties. Users must respect all copyrights. Downloading or sharing copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
The running of programs, services, systems, processes, or servers by a single user or group of users that may substantially degrade network performance or accessibility will not be allowed. Electronic chain letters and mail bombs are prohibited. Connecting to "Peer to Peer" file sharing networks or downloading large files, such as CD ISO images, is also prohibited. Accessing another person's computer, computer account, files, or data without permission is prohibited. Attempting to circumvent or subvert system or network security measures is prohibited. Creating or running programs that are designed to identify security loopholes, to decrypt intentionally secured data, or to gain unauthorized access to any system is prohibited. Using any means to decode or otherwise obtain restricted passwords or access control information is prohibited. Forging the identity of a user or machine in an electronic communication is prohibited. Saturating network or computer resources to the exclusion of another's use, for example, by overloading the network with traffic such as emails or legitimate (file backup or archive) or malicious (denial of service attack) activity, is prohibited. Users understand that wireless Internet access is inherently not secure, and users should adopt appropriate security measures when using the Service. We highly discourage users from conducting confidential transactions (such as online banking, credit card transactions, etc.) over any wireless network, including this Service. Users are responsible for the security of their own devices.
