Can I hire Horizon 22 for Events?

Yes, we open Spring 2024 and the venue is available for private hire seven days a week Monday-Sunday from 6am – 9.30am and 6pm – 3am (event start from 7pm.)

What are the venue capacities?
  • Standing receptions for up to 500.
  • Seated dinners for up to 280.
What time can I access the space for set up?

6am for morning events or 6pm for evening functions.

What types of events can you do?

Anything from corporate receptions and gala dinners to fashion shows, product launches and weddings are welcome. Our space is a blank canvas with stunning views of the London skyline as its backdrop.

How much is the hire charges and what’s included?

We offer a totally bespoke service – our dedicated events team can provide a quote for your event, please get in touch on

Can I bring my own suppliers like catering, drinks or AV?

Our catering is provided by our in-house caterer, Searcys We have a dedicated list of suppliers who we work closely with – you can find all the details in our events brochure.

Can I bring my own suppliers such as entertainment, florist, etc?

We have created a list of great suppliers to bring your event to life. Please refer to our supplier guide, all suppliers can be selected from this list.

Can I use Horizon 22 for filming?

Yes, absolutely.

When can my event go until?


Are confetti allowed?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate confetti.

Are candles allowed?

Naked flames are not permitted, however you are welcome to use LED candles.

Do you have storage space?

We have very limited storage, please speak to your event manager to discuss your requirements.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

We are located in the heart of the City close to Liverpool Street, Bank and Monument stations.

Is there any parking on-site?

No, but there is a Just Park on Lower Thames street which is a 10 minute walk from the venue Lower Thames Street Car Park - from £6/hour.

Is there any accommodation onsite or nearby?

There are a number of hotels local to the venue, please contact our events team to discuss our preferential rates.
